The need for large “brick and mortar” spaces with expensive full-time staff can be eliminated by leveraging available technology such as smart phones, portable computers and tablets, video conferencing and digital signature software. Expensive print advertising can be replaced with more affordable strategic Internet-based marketing.
What we provide to our agents at our cost:
- a well-appointed professional conference room to meet clients (including parking,signage, bottled water and bathrooms)
- a work room with a desk, computer, Internet; color laser copier/scanner/fax/color laser printer
- photography equipment for video tours and still pictures
- a professional website and a company email address
- a professionally designed company logo
- a Broker-In-Charge with over 16 years of experience who manages all accounting including an escrow account
- Errors and Omissions Insurance
We assist our agents with obtaining at their cost: MLS access- ordering professional business cards, stationery and note cards – obtaining: “For Sale” signs and sign riders, lock boxes, brochure boxes, CMA and brochure making software – creating video tours for listings – creating Power Point® and Keynote® listing presentations – ordering and designing promotional gifts like tote bags, umbrellas, key chains – organizing client appreciation events, client mailings,print advertising
What is our commission structure? Simple. Our agents contribute to the office $895.00 for every closed transaction, that’s it. Sales price does not matter, no percentages, no sliding scales and no tier systems.
